This department are responsible for designing, developing, and testing packaging solutions, ensuring products are packaged safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.

As a key member of the team you will provide administrative and coordination support with a large focus on assisting with documentation, project tracking, and communication to ensure the smooth execution of packaging-related projects.

Tasks will include:

  • Updating project records, ensuring accurate documentation of specifications and timelines
  • Working with a variety of internal systems including customer portals
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and distributing key updates.
  • Organise and maintain packaging samples and related documentation.
  • Ensure all documentation, including specifications and artwork approvals are stored correctly
  • Closely working with suppliers and internal teams to gather data

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
