Job type: Permanent, full-time
Salary: Competitive + Commission

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Conduct property viewings and valuations.
• Negotiate offers and manage transactions from start to finish.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Create listings and help with property marketing.
• Stay informed on local property market trends.

Key Requirements:

• Previous estate agency or sales experience (preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Organisational and time-management skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Tech-savvy and familiar with property management software.
