Trainee Sales Negotiator, Peterborough

This brand of independent agents are one of the area鈥檚 leading names in the Peterborough area and due to expansion, they are now looking for a highly motivated Trainee Sales Negotiator who will work within their fantastic residential sales team.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to expand on their sales skills and become part of this busy, friendly & professional team. Ideally, we are looking for someone who has some sales experience who wants to develop their career further into the property industry.

The ideal person will need to be pro-active, a self starter, organised, and enjoy working in a busy environment.

The Key responsibilities for this role will be:

- Registering buyers and sellers and adding their details to the data base and keeping a close contact with them throughout their search.

- Organise and book property viewings and carry out accompanied viewings and property visits

- Organise and book property valuations with potential vendors

- Negotiate offers and sales with the vendor鈥檚 best interests in mind

- Achieve targets within our KPIs

The ideal Candidate should be able to demonstrate the following skills:

路 A positive and enthusiastic attitude, even under pressure.

路 Excellent inter-personal skills, communication and organisation skills

路 Professional personal presentation and conduct

路 Demonstrate their ability to work in a target driven environment

. Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented

路 Ability to work well within a team

路 Full UK driving license and car owner

路 The ability to prioritize their work and have a structured way of thinking and is IT literate
