An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our knowledgeable and local Lettings team.
You will be working alongside other members of the Lettings & Property management team. The role will involve assisting in the marketing of properties, maintaining information using property lettings software, assisting with letting properties and speaking to potential tenants and conducting viewings.
Day to day duties would include;
- Growing our local market share by building relationships with potential landlords
- Becoming efficient on all software platforms
- Utilising our database to build a pipeline of future business
- Building and maintaining a fantastic working relationship with our Property managers
- Carrying out Viewings
- Continually making our brand visible locally and further afield
- Taking tenants through the referencing process
- Re-let administration and marketing
- Efficient handover of the file to the property manager on move in
- Market Appraisal Generation
Key Characteristics:
You will need be hard working, enthusiastic and be a core member of the team. Good communication skills, customer skills, good sales skills, organised, efficient and professional.
Full time position: Mon-Fri 8.30-5.30, and every other Saturday 9:00 - 14:00
Location: Based in our Oakham office.
Y ou will require a full UK driving licence .
