We're now seeking an experienced and driven Shared Ownership Sales Consultant to join my clients team and play a pivotal role in helping customers achieve their home ownership dreams.

Your Role:As a Shared Ownership Sales Consultant, you will bring your expertise and leadership to drive sales performance and support a growing team. In this customer-focused role, you'll guide clients through the Shared Ownership process, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience. You will be based across sites in the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough area, with 1 day a week of work required in central London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Sales Efforts: Act as the primary point of contact for high-value or complex sales inquiries, setting the standard for excellence.
  • Customer Guidance: Provide expert advice to prospective buyers, guiding them through eligibility checks, viewings, and the purchase process.
  • Mentorship: Support and mentor junior consultants, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team performance.
  • Market Expertise: Stay informed about housing market trends and Shared Ownership regulations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date advice for customers.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, housing associations, and external partners.
  • Target Achievement: Drive personal and team sales performance, consistently exceeding targets while maintaining compliance with regulations.
  • Process Optimisation: Identify and implement improvements to enhance the customer journey and operational efficiency.

About You:

  • Experience: Significant experience in property sales, Shared Ownership, or affordable housing schemes.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Shared Ownership schemes, affordability assessments, and housing market dynamics.
  • Leadership: Strong mentoring and team collaboration abilities, with a passion for developing others.
  • Technology: Proficient in CRM systems, digital tools, and property sales platforms.
  • Attitude: Proactive, results-driven, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
