Due to expansion, our client, an independent Estate Agency in the Peterborough area, is seeking a Trainee Sales Negotiator to join their close-knit team.
The ideal candidate will be highly driven, energetic, and possess excellent communication skills, with a positive, 'can-do' attitude. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to build a long-term career within the Estate Agency sector.
The successful Trainee Sales Negotiator will be offered:
- Basic Salary of £20,000
- First year earnings of up to £27,000
- Full training and support
- 5 day working week
To be considered for the Trainee Sales Negotiator role you must have the following:
- Ability to work well in a team and use initiative
- Experience within Customer Service/Sales (At least 2 years)
- Highly motivated
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A desire to progress within an award-winning company
- Full UK driver’s license and own car
- Great customer service
- Knowledge of Peterborough
As a Trainee Sales Negotiator, your role will involve the following:
- Booking and attending viewings
- Booking valuations
- Negotiating offers
- Registering buyers and sellers
- General admin
