Job Profile

As a Branch Manager, you will lead a talented team within the branch, driving business growth and ensuring top-tier customer service. Youll have the opportunity to develop and execute business strategies, manage key client relationships, and mentor your team members toward success. Your expertise in property sales and leadership will help the branch meet and exceed performance targets.

Duties:
  • Lead daily team meetings to track performance and set goals
  • Coach and mentor the team to meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Conduct one-on-one reviews with team members
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
  • Negotiate offers and manage the lettingsprocess from start to finish
  • Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and standards
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business opportunities

Skills & Experience:
  • Full UK driving license (manual vehicle)
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Senior Lettings Negotiator
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to create and implement business plans
  • Deep knowledge of estate agency regulations and best practices
  • Proven ability to manage time-sensitive tasks and high-volume workloads
  • Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office applications
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Hours of Work:
  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am 6:00pm
  • Saturdays: 9:00am 5:00pm (alternate weekends with a day off in lieu)
