Sales Negotiator - Peterborough

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator to join a leading Independent Estate Agent based in Peterborough. If you're looking for career progression, a great starting salary, and uncapped earning potential, this could be the role for you!

The Package:
  • Basic Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 (dependent on experience)
  • On Target Earnings (OTE): £35,000+ (uncapped commission)
  • Pool Commission

Role Responsibilities:
  • Market Share: Work to create the largest active market share in the area.
  • Client Relationships: Develop strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations.
  • Financial Targets: Maximise branch profit and achieve all financial goals.
  • Team Performance: Manage the performance of employees, conduct regular 1:1’s, reviews, and morning meetings.
  • Leadership: Influence positive results through effective team management, action planning, and execution.
