This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter to play a key role in shaping recruitment strategies and delivering outstanding results across our client portfolio.What You’ll Be Doing:As a Principal Recruiter, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns, providing both clients and candidates with unparalleled levels of service. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Campaign Management: Run recruitment campaigns from briefings to final offer, ensuring all aspects of the process meet ACR’s high standards.
  • Talent Attraction: Write and position engaging advert copy to drive talent across multiple platforms and search for potential candidates using ACR’s database, job boards, and social channels.
  • Client-Centric Recruitment: Attend client briefings, build strong shortlists, and present candidates with detailed profiles, offering deep insights into their suitability for the role.
  • Candidate Engagement: Support candidates throughout their journey, from interview preparation to offer negotiations, ensuring they have the best possible experience.
  • Networking & Business Development: Attend industry events, proactively identify new business leads, and play an active role in growing ACR’s client base.
  • Sectors: We are looking for experts in their sector! Sectors available are Engineering & Technical/ IT/ Logistics & Supply Chain. However if you are an expert in a different sector we would still love to hear from you!
What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years of agency recruitment experience: You’ve honed your skills, built strong client relationships, and understand best practices in recruitment.
  • Excellent communication & influencing skills: Whether it’s working with clients or guiding candidates, you excel in both written and verbal communication.
  • Innovative & strategic mindset: You thrive in exploring new ways to add value, using market insights and recruitment technology to drive better outcomes.
  • Proven track record: You've demonstrated the ability to meet and exceed targets, contributing to team goals and consistently delivering strong results.
  • Proactive networker: You love attending events, expanding your network, and leveraging connections to grow business opportunities.
