Based in the Centre of Peterborough with parking, working Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with shared oncall to cover evenings and weekends for a two week period. As this is shared, you will then have a four week break and before taking it again (ie 2 weeks on, 4 weeks off). You are working in a team of three others managing a 100+ temp plan across Industrial, driving, commercial, which can inc some perm recruitment too when needed.
Initially you will bed into the role, learn the ropes, processes and legislation with hands on training before incorporating the sales element. Key skills inc quick learning and key listening skills, fast processing memory, keen eye for detail and the ability to multi-task will all help ease you in. For those who speak Eastern European languages - this is desirable as many temp workers/candidates are from these Countries. Your role will also include Database management, compliance and team working to support each other.
Salary is DOE £26-28k basic plus bonus and benefits.
