We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in placing candidates in permanent roles. As a Permanent Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and achieving placement targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and negotiating job offers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments to ensure a strong match with client requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including resume advice, interview preparation, and career counseling.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team placement targets and KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the company's CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role, preferably within [industry/sector].
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, including CRM systems and job boards.
You must be able to drive and be local to Peterborough. Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm (1 hour lunch)
