The Recruitment Group is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team and drive the growth of our business. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including advertising roles, sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, and negotiating job offers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, identifying their recruitment needs and matching them with suitable candidates.
  • Manage a pipeline of prospective clients and identify new opportunities.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the skills and experience of candidates, and to ensure that they are the right fit for the roles.
  • Provide advice and guidance to clients and candidates on all aspects of the recruitment process.
  • Work towards and achieve targets, both individually and as part of a team.
  • Mentor and support junior members of the team, providing guidance and feedback to help them develop their skills.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in the recruitment industry, ideally in a senior consultant or team leader role.
  • A proven track record of achieving targets and delivering high-quality staffing solutions to clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team, and to mentor and support junior members of the team.
