- Talent Attraction: Write compelling job ads and leverage job boards, social channels, and ACR’s database to attract top-tier talent.
- Shortlisting & Interviewing: Identify, assess, and shortlist candidates based on competencies, using detailed, tailored interview techniques.
- Client & Candidate Communication: Provide regular updates, deliver insightful interview confirmations, and ensure timely feedback at every stage.
- Offer Management: Oversee the offer process, ensuring the best outcomes for both the client and candidate.
- Networking & Business Development: Attend industry events, identify new business leads, and position ACR as the recruitment partner of choice.
- 2+ years of recruitment experience: You have hands-on experience running recruitment campaigns and engaging with clients.
- Strong communication & influencing skills: You can confidently liaise with both clients and candidates, building lasting relationships.
- Innovative & proactive: You’re not afraid to think outside the box to find solutions that enhance the recruitment experience.
