BASIC SALARY: Up to £45,000

COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: We offer hybrid working so you could be based in or near Birmingham, Coventry, Derby, Leicester, Cambridge or St Neots.

You'll deliver a premium recruitment service, which means meeting every client you work with, giving them best advice at all times and building long-term repeat business.  
 
You'll also do the same for your candidates, guiding them through every stage of their career move, from initial sourcing and engagement, through the selling of the job role to the interview process, onboarding and beyond.    
 
Make no mistake, this is a professional sales role, but as an experienced recruiter, you already know that. The difference here is that YOU get to decide:

REQUIREMENTS: Engineering Recruiter, Technical Recruitment Consultant, Technical Sales
 
You'll be an experienced Technical or Engineering recruitment consultant, with a demonstrable track record of success within your sector.
 
It's essential that you:
· Are happy working the full 360 recruitment process.
· Are a superb communicator, in writing, on the phone and face to face,  with a consultative selling approach and the ability to close a deal.
· Bring a strong work ethic, are able to operate independently and are target focused.
· Have the ability to connect with people and build long standing, professional working relationships with key decision makers.
