Salary: 30,000+ (Competitive, dependent on experience)

About the Role
As an Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving My Clients business growth, managing key relationships, and representing the company with professionalism and expertise. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a significant impact in a thriving industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities and convert warm leads
  • Manage and enhance relationships with key sports accounts, healthcare brokers, and intermediaries
  • Conduct client visits to strengthen relationships and win new business
  • Prepare quotations and renewal terms for key accounts
  • Support product and service development
  • Assist in delivering training to brokers
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to increase Corporate Healthcare volume
Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who:
  • Has excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Is comfortable conducting business discussions with prospects and brokers
  • Demonstrates a strong desire to succeed and meet targets
  • Is willing to travel for client meetings
  • Can work effectively as part of a team
  • Has a good understanding of FCA guidelines
Previous experience in insurance is beneficial, but full product training will be provided.
