Salary: 140-180 a day
Job Type: Full Time (5 days per week)

Monarch Education are representing a school who require a Secondary Teacher to start in September. The role is suitable for ECT or an experienced Teacher looking for a change or step up. The current head of department is keen to find somebody aspiring to take on more responsibility and support with the leadership of the department.
This is a Secondary School based in Corby. The school has excellent facilities, great transport links and an on-site secure car park.
Qualifications/Experience:
- ECT are welcome to apply
- British trained teachers and Overseas trained teachers who have eligibility to work in the UK will be considered
- QTS and QTLS applicants only
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and social development.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and cater to the needs and interests of each child.
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to deliver high-quality instruction.
Requirements:
- Engaging and encouraging learners to use their language skills
- Monitoring students' playtime and physical activities
- Documenting student development and progress to share with parents
- Encouraging creativity in pupils by organising art and craft projects daily
- Introducing interactive activities into the classroom and encouraging students to voice their questions and concerns
