Salary £28,600 - £50,000

MUST HAVE ESTATE AGENT VALUER OR BRANCH MANAGER EXPERIENCE.

Our client seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of their branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing staff effectively. This role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to foster a positive work environment.

Duties

  • Lead and motivate branch staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance branch performance and profitability.
  • Monitor branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to promote business growth.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure the availability of products to meet customer demand.
  • Utilise Salesforce software for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and generating reports.
  • Prepare and present branch performance reports to upper management.

Qualifications
