Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to work in a specialist alternative provision in Peterborough. This is a full-time role beginning in January 2025.

The school is a highly successful specialist school with pupils aged up to 16 with a broad range of SEN and behavioural challenges. They have a thorough approach to treating every pupil as an individual through their flexible and holistic curriculum.

To be considered for the role of Learning Support Assistant you will:
To have experience or knowledge of working with children and young people with additional needs
To be able to communicate effectively within a team
To be flexible, proactive and patient

Salary
£415 to £515 per week
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
To have had recent experience working with children in the last two years
To have a DBS on the update service or be willing to process one with us
To have completed or be willing to complete relevant safeguarding training
