Position: Residential Care Worker
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week) + 2 sleep in per month
Location: Glinton, Peterborough
Salary: £26,210.72 to £29,801.64 (inclusive of shift allowance)

Our Client is offering an exciting chance to join their dynamic team at a secure, welfare-only, all-female children`s home. This role is based in Glinton, Peterborough, where you`ll be a vital part of providing individualized support to young people with complex needs.

What We`re Looking For:
- Empathy & Passion: We need individuals who can respond effectively to a range of emotions and are dedicated to helping young people.
- Relationship Builders: Ability to form positive relationships with young people and colleagues.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, including report writing and incident recording.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work alternate weekends, bank holidays, and overnight stays (sleep-ins on a rota basis).
- Physical Activity: Ability to participate in physical activities.
- Eligibility: Applicants must be over the age of 21.
- Experience: Previous experience in childcare or knowledge of child protection issues and procedures.
- Qualification: NVQ Diploma Level 3 in Children and Young People`s Workforce (CYP)
