We are working with a secure, welfare only, all-female children's home based in Glinton, Peterborough. The young people we are working with are given individualised support based on their complex needs.

As part of our team, you will provide care and support while being a role model and advocate for our young people.

We are looking for people who boast the following skills and experience:

Proven experience supporting young people - this could be in education, residential settings, family centres in a paid capacity
OR

Voluntary experience with young people - this could be through sports, education, youth and holiday club settings for example.
OR

Experience within an adults setting (e.g the prison sector, mental health, learning disabilities settings) where you have transferable knowledge and skills and also have some experience in the support of vulnerable young people.

To be successful within this role you must have worked with children or young adults, be a driver / be able to get to a PE6 postcode at all times and be able to commit to the 10pm finish time. Be flexi to work long days with sleeps and want to make a difference in a childs life.

YOU MUST BE FREE TO ATTEND THE OPEN NIGHT ON WEDNESDAY 20TH NOVEMBER 7PM TO 9PM
