Following a targeted expansion of our General Works programme, we are seeking an individual with a proven track record of delivering projects typically between 10k - 1.5m in the Education, MOD, Local Authority, Healthcare and Commercial sectors.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an already established department but with an exciting growth strategy that will provide opportunities for future career progression as the role is achieved. As such we are keen to receive applications from experienced Site Managers looking to take the next step to Management, as well as those from already experienced Contracts Managers and Heads of Departments.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements of the Position Include-

Must possess a proven track record of delivering projects of a general contracting nature as opposed to housing experience

Promote the highest standards of health and safety across our delivery

Work closely with the department Director to report on project delivery and success

Be proficient in reporting requirements such as Contractors Reports, Project Programmes, Request for Information Schedules, Labour Requests and alike

Have an eye for quality, ensuring our historic name for quality is maintained and our clients receive the highest service possible

Work closely with the procurement department and site management teams to ensure an all encompassing team approach to delivery is achieved

IT knowledge is essential and previous experience of working on programme softwares such as Microsoft Project is preferred

With a full pipeline of work secured the required candidate would be required to start as soon as possible in a full time position.
