On the remaining days, you will travel to meet your team of nine staff, who are based across Peterborough Probation Trust, HMP Peterborough, HMP Bedford, Bedford Probation Trust, HMP Wayland, HMP Norwich, HMP Littlehey, Huntingdon Probation, and HMP Hollesley Bay.Your team delivers one-to-one support to clients across key areas such as housing, resettlement, wellbeing, healthcare, employability, and education, assisting them both pre- and post-release—whether in probation or prison.You will ensure all performance, MI, quality and compliance requirements are achieved – and the service is making a difference.To apply, you must have experience managing teams delivering similar services within the criminal justice system or supporting vulnerable client groups.
