Were seeking an accomplished Enterprise Systems Programme Manager to join our technology team, reporting directly to the CTO. As Compliance Group continues to grow through acquisition, this role will take the lead in onboarding newly acquired companies onto our strategic platforms for Operations Management, Finance, and Human Resources. This is a critical role in ensuring that our acquisitions deliver maximum value and build our groups capability by seamlessly integrating these new companies onto our technology platforms.

Youll be accountable for shaping and delivering a series of work packages that will bring each company onto the platform in the most efficient way, ensuring optimal resource usage and delivering a strong return on investment. What we offer:

Were looking to offer a salary of £75,000 £85,000 for this role and are open to candidates of various levels. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) with an additional day off for your birthday.

Key responsibilities:

You will manage the end-to-end rollout of key platforms, including finance, field management, and HR systems, ensuring that each new company is successfully integrated in alignment with our strategic objectives and timelines
Youll implement a robust set of project controls, overseeing time, scope, quality, risk, resource management, and change management to ensure that all workstreams are delivered on time and within budget
Youll act as a key liaison between the technology product team and business stakeholders, escalating any new requirements for system customisation or problem-solving, and ensuring smooth communication across all teams involved in the programme
You will coordinate partner and business readiness for system launches, working with MDs, CFOs, and the CTO to ensure that the necessary resourcesboth internal and externalare available to support on-time delivery and successful system adoption
Youll assist with troubleshooting system issues post-launch, optimising system performance where necessary, and ensuring any issues are promptly addressed to minimise disruption

Experience required:

Strong experience in delivering complex, multi-platform programmes within medium-sized enterprises, ideally in finance, operations, and HR systems. You should have experience navigating the complexities of integration in an acquisition or merger setting
Proven ability to engage and build relationships at C-suite, MD, and Director level across the group and subsidiary companies, as well as manage relationships with third-party system providers and support partners
Expertise in leading projects within an acquisition-focused environment, with experience managing change and resource allocation effectively to ensure optimal project outcomes
A formal Programme Management qualification (PMI or similar) is desirable, alongside hands-on experience in delivering programmes that involve significant business transformation and technology integration
