Customer Solutions Developer

Pin Point Recruitment are looking for a Customer Solutions Developer to join amanufacturing company based in Peterborough.

As the Customer Solutions Developer you will need to work in a fast paced, time sensitive environment. You must be flexible, able to work both independently and as a fully contributing member of the Document Composition team. The position requires the ability to design and code transactional applications using Quadient Inspire software in a Windows-based environment.

Customer Solutions Developer Job Role:

  • Work with the Client Services/Project Management teams to analyse and understand client requirements.
  • Review and understand the client's data and business logic.
  • Review and understand the development brief provided by the Client Services team.
  • Build and test applications and provide proofs for audit and sign off.
  • Meet all deadlines for projects to fulfil client's expectations on delivery dates.
  • Integrate applications into the automated environment.
  • Support live applications, troubleshoot and fix errors where appropriate.
  • Maintain and update existing applications according to requirements.
  • Document systems to the required standard.
  • Follow company procedures for development, testing and production promotion.

Customer Solutions Developer Skills Required:

  • Experience writing code is a must
  • Strong Data Processing skills.
  • Ability to achieve a high level of accuracy in all work.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients at all levels.
  • Experience in one or more of the following would be an advantage:
    • Quadient Scaler
    • JavaScript
    • Quadient Automation
