**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide alternative learning options
- Create a safe and encouraging learning environment
- Give 121 support to a specific student
- Ensure students are kept on task
- Follow learning plans and tailor resources to reflect these
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Prior experience with Secondary aged students
- Prior experience with SEN
- Strong behaviour management & communication skills
- Capable of adapting to various classroom settings
- Team player committed to offering excellent support
- Be proactive
