**More about the role**

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide one to one support for 2 students EHCP's in a Year 4 class. You will also have a hand in leading small group interventions in subjects such as Literacy & Numeracy for children who need extra support. Working alongside the Teacher, you will provide feedback and create activities to allow equal access to the curriculum for all students.

**Qualifications and Skills**

  • Prior experience with Secondary aged students
  • Prior experience with SEN
  • Strong behaviour management & communication skills
  • Capable of adapting to various classroom settings
  • Team player committed to offering excellent support
  • Be proactive
