We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at a vibrant school in Peterborough. This is a permanent position starting after Easter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality education.
  • Assist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom activities.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students who need additional help.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, orderly environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
  • A passion for education and helping students succeed.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications are a plus.

Trial Day: Interested candidates are encouraged to attend a trial day at the school on 31st March. This will be an excellent opportunity to meet our team, experience our school environment, and demonstrate your skills.
