**Role Requirements**

  • Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Previous experience teaching SEN Students
  • Comfortable with teaching across different learning levels.
  • Ability to adapt to different learning abilities.
  • Enhance the curriculum to improve pupil outcomes.
  • Use data to elevate achievement standards.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
