We are seeking an enthusiastic, resilient, and engaging Primary Teacher for a full-time position. This role involves working with a class that has complex communication needs, ASD, and some behaviours that may challenge. The successful candidate will provide support with attention and engagement, working alongside an experienced team familiar with the learners' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to the needs of students with complex communication needs and ASD.
- Manage and support behaviours that may challenge.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to create a supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, resilient, and engaging approach.
