The Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Complex Needs SEN Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Develop and deliver tailored educational programs to meet the individual needs of students with Autism, PMLD, and Complex Needs.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, support staff, and families, to ensure holistic support for each student.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and learning.
- Utilize innovative teaching strategies and resources to enhance the educational experience of our students.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods to ensure continuous development.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience in teaching students with SEND, particularly Autism, PMLD, and Complex Needs.
