Are you an experienced Admin Assistant with Sage experience? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a dynamic finance company as part of their team! This is a temporary to permanent position starting ASAP with a competitive hourly rate of 13ph to 14ph DOE.
As the Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the team, using your expertise in Sage to assist with financial tasks. Your attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines will be vital in ensuring the smooth running of the office.
Key responsibilities:
- Utilise your Sage experience to accurately manage financial tasks
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phone calls, managing calendars, and arranging travel
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, and filing
- Support the team with ad-hoc tasks as required
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience as an Admin Assistant
- Must be Proficient in using Sage to manage financial tasks
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
