We are looking for a talented International Shipping and Order Management Supervisor to join our client’s team. This role is perfect for someone with strong order management and shipping experience, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage complex international orders.Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full order lifecycle, from planning through to processing and dispatch, ensuring smooth and efficient international logistics operations.
Manage direct logistics from factory to distribution, both within the UK and internationally.
Handle complex international orders, including preparing and managing commercial invoices and certificates of origin.
Coordinate UK logistics operations, ensuring seamless interactions with international suppliers for timely deliveries.
Provide line management for a small team and to support the overall order management and shipping function.
Resolve logistical challenges by working closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

Solid experience in international logistics, including order processing and planning.
Demonstrated expertise in handling commercial invoices and certificates of origin.
Experience with direct factory-to-distribution logistics.
Proven ability to manage complex international orders with accuracy and efficiency.
Prior line management experience is essential, with the skills to guide and support a small team.
