We are looking for a talented International Shipping and Order Management Supervisor to join our client’s team. This role is perfect for someone with strong order management and shipping experience, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage complex international orders.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the full order lifecycle, from planning through to processing and dispatch, ensuring smooth and efficient international logistics operations.
  • Manage direct logistics from factory to distribution, both within the UK and internationally.
  • Handle complex international orders, including preparing and managing commercial invoices and certificates of origin.
  • Coordinate UK logistics operations, ensuring seamless interactions with international suppliers for timely deliveries.
  • Provide line management for a small team and to support the overall order management and shipping function.
  • Resolve logistical challenges by working closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Solid experience in international logistics, including order processing and planning.
  • Demonstrated expertise in handling commercial invoices and certificates of origin.
  • Experience with direct factory-to-distribution logistics.
  • Proven ability to manage complex international orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prior line management experience is essential, with the skills to guide and support a small team.
