Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and reactive maintenance tasks, focusing on joinery and general building fabric repairs.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with other maintenance professionals to deliver comprehensive facilities services.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
- Travel between Co-Op stores in Sheffield and surrounding areas to complete maintenance tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities management, with joinery as the primary trade.
- Demonstrated stability in previous roles, indicating reliability and commitment.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid UK driving license.
