Job Description

Position: Vehicle Paint Technician Location: Peterborough Salary: Up to £40,000 (DOE) Hours:

· Monday: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

· Tuesday: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm

· Wednesday/Thursday: 7:30 am to 5:00 pm

· Friday: 7:30 am to 12:00 pm (unless working overtime)

Key Responsibilities:

· Panel Preparation: Sanding, masking, and priming vehicles for painting.

· Painting: Mixing and applying paint using spray guns, ensuring a flawless finish.

· Quality Control: Conducting thorough checks to meet industry standards.

· Repairs: Fixing scratches, dents, and other imperfections.

· Collaboration: Working with team members to complete projects efficiently.

Requirements:

· Experience: Proven track record as a Paint Sprayer in a Bodyshop environment.

· Skills: Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and high standards.

· Additional Skills: Experience in metalworking (welding and panel beating) is a plus.
