The Role:
As aMaintenance Manager, you'll be at the heart of ensuring maximum efficiency and output across all site facilities, machinery, and production processes. You'll lead a proactive and reactive maintenance service, keeping downtime to a minimum while improving operational effectiveness.
You'll also be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing aPlanned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)strategy
- Managing breakdowns and ensuringmachine availability
- Overseeingnew machinery installationsand safe disposal of obsolete equipment
- Drivingcontinuous improvementand modern manufacturing processes
- EnsuringHealth, Safety, and Environmentalstandards are met
- Managing budgets and capital expenditure projects

- Strongleadership & managementskills able to motivate and develop a team
- Hands-on experience withmechanical and electrical maintenance
- Ability to work cross-functionally with production teams to improve efficiency
- Excellentproblem-solving, planning, and decision-makingskills
- A commercially aware,strategic thinkerwho thrives on delivering results
