The position is for a Vehicle Master Technician in Peterborough with a basic salary of up to £46,000 and on-target earnings ranging from £50,000 to £54,000.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of post-apprenticeship experience and a Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance.
Responsibilities include servicing and repairs to manufacturer standards, as well as performing electrical and mechanical diagnostics.
A full and clean UK driving license is required, along with Master Tech Brand Accreditation.

Our client, a Busy Manufacturer Owned Franchised Dealership in Peterborough have the requirement for experienced Vehicle Technician/Mechanic to join their established workshop team. Vehicle Technicians - Mechanics coming back to the motortrade are most welcome.

Vehicle Master Technician Responsibilities

As a Master Technician, responsibilities will include:

Ensure Servicing & Repairs are carried out to Manufacturer Standards
Cambelt, Clutch, Gearbox & Engine Repairs/Replacements
Electrical & Mechanical Diagnostics
Mechanic Warranty Repairs
Carry out MOT Tester to DVSA standards (If qualified)

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance
3 years Post Apprenticeship Experience
Master Tech Brand Accreditation
Full and clean UK Driving Licence

Desirable Requirements:

Class 4 MOT Licence
Manufacturer Accreditations
MOT Licence (Class 4 & 7)
