Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate project timelines, resources, and staff.
- Act as liaison between clients, subcontractors, and the team.
- Monitor project progress and assist with material procurement.
- Maintain project records, budgets, and invoices.
- Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
- Handle administrative tasks and assist with reporting.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in construction or project coordination (preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or project management software.
