Working within the collaborative L&D team, this role is responsible for the delivery of learning and development models across the business which form a vital part of the businesses strategic L&D strategy.
Duties include:
*Design and develop training courses and materials
*Collaborate with the wider global teams to align development modules, upskill teams, and meet strategic goals.
*Facilitate leadership and learning programs for diverse audiences with varied skill levels.
*Assist in building and maintaining LMS systems.
*Work with key stakeholders to improve learning programs.
*Provide leadership training consultancy, coaching, and feedback at team and individual levels.
*Stay updated on leadership development trends and best practices.
*Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
*Implement innovative design principles for leadership and learning solutions.
*Support the employee forum development with managers
*Lead the engagement agenda to maintain high engagement levels.
*Organise annual site events for team-building experiences.
What are we looking for?
*Relevant experience in designing, implementing and delivering effective training programmes.
*Strong understanding of adult learning methods and techniques.
*Ability to engage, motivate, and develop employees
*Proven capability to plan and deliver tasks on time while managing and prioritising multiple objectives.
*Skilled in setting performance outcomes, measuring progress, and communicating achievements.
*Excellent communication skills.
