Job Description

Recruit Mint Ltd require Warehouse Operatives for the unloading of containers and put aways for a busy warehouse based at Gateway Peterborough Industrial Estate

This can be a physically demanding role involving the movement of goods from inbound through to storage, picking and final despatch to the customer

In bound involves unloading of containers through handballing, placing goods on pallets and shrink wrapping pallets before assisting with put aways via pump truck

Out bound involves receiving orders from customers, picking items, palletising, shrink wrapping, labelling and putting pallets in relevant area for carriers to load ready for despatch

Due to the location it is essential that you have your own means of transport or live locally to Orton Southgate / Hampton

Hours and Monies

Hours of work are Monday to Friday with one Sunday worked on rota every 2/3 weeks. Day off given in lieu where Sunday is worked

Fixed Shifts - 0700 to 1600

£11.44 per hour.

Hours worked over the standard 40 hours per week are paid at overtime rates at Time and a Half

Eligibility

Applicants should be able to demonstrate excellent time keeping and working attitude in their previous employment

Applicants should be aware that the environment can be physically demanding

Previous experience within a similar role / warehouse environment is desirable
