Aluminium Welder/Fabricator

Due to continued growth, permanent positions have become available for experienced aluminium welders to join a growing busy manufacturing/Engineering company based near Peterborough.

Responsibilities:

Ali welding
Set-up and layout jobs using engineering drawings, diagrams, and fixtures.
Carrying out welding operations in accordance with appropriate welding procedure specification.
Use of grinders/sanders and general hand tools
Requirement to do other fabrication work and associated tasks as required.

Person Specification:

Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Competent in reading and understanding engineering drawings
Able to use various hand tools whilst adhering to H&S procedures
Attention to detail
Good team player with ability to communicate well with others
Organised and able to prioritise workload to ensure products can be dispatched on time

Hours and Pay:

Monday - Friday (Days)
Up to £16/hour DOE
Overtime available
