Join our team as a Maintenance Technician in Kings Cliffe with a salary of £12.50 per hour, plus on-call and call-out rates of £15 and £17 respectively.
We are looking for a dedicated individual with experience in maintenance and a strong understanding of landscaping.
Key responsibilities include maintaining all areas of the park, responding to maintenance issues, and managing waste collection.
The position requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently, with a working schedule of 5 days a week including weekends and bank holidays.

Join Our Team as a Maintenance Technician!
Location: Kings Cliffe
Salary: £12.50 per hour (On-call £15, Call-out £17)
Pertemps is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for our Kings Cliffe client. If you have a passion for maintenance this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain all areas of the park, including accommodation, reception, and laundry.
Respond promptly to maintenance issues, ensuring high standards and safety.
Conduct general park maintenance and repairs, including landscaping and building work.
Manage waste collection and ensure the park remains tidy.
Collaborate with external contractors to support smooth operations.
Perform hot tub maintenance and water testing.
Provide exceptional customer service, both in-person and over the phone.

Essential Qualifications:

Experience in maintenance and a strong understanding of landscaping.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and efficiently with limited supervision.

Working Hours:

5 days a week, including weekends and bank holidays (8 am - 5 pm).
On-call rota: 1 in 5 weekends.
