We are seeking a skilled Welder Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding, metal fabrication, and blueprint reading. This role involves cutting, assembling, and welding metal components to create various structures and products according to specifications. The Welder Fabricator must ensure high-quality workmanship while following safety guidelines and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
Cut, shape, and weld metal components using MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding techniques.
Operate various tools and machinery, including grinders, saws, torches, and drill presses.
Inspect welded joints and components to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
Repair and maintain metal structures and equipment as needed.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator or similar role.
Proficiency in MIG, TIG, Stick, and/or Flux Core welding.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols.
Experience with metal cutting, grinding, and forming processes.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet quality standards.
Physical stamina to handle heavy materials and work in various environments.
Welding certification (AWS or equivalent) is a plus.
