My well-established client is looking for a dedicated Paralegal with at least 1 year of experience to join their conveyancing team. The ideal candidate will be adept at either managing or assisting on a caseload of residential conveyancing files from offer to completion and will benefit from the support of the wider team and senior partners. 

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Independently manage a caseload of residential conveyancing files, overseeing the entire transaction from offer to completion.
  • Maintain and enhance client relationships, providing exceptional service to ensure repeat business.
  • Utilise case management systems to efficiently handle caseloads.
  • Collaborate with solicitors and other paralegals in a client-facing role.
  • Contribute to a team-oriented environment with a focus on shared goals and mutual support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Paralegal in residential conveyancing.
  • Proficiency in managing or assisting on a full caseload of residential matters.
  • Skilled in the use of case management systems.
  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to work and the ability to work effectively within a team.
