On offer is a days-based role, you will work in state-of-the-art facilities, overseeing a large team while managing depot premises, plant, and equipment.
This position is ideal for candidates with a background in a workshop environment who have held engineering leadership, supervisory, or management roles and are ready for a dynamic and fast-paced challenge
The Role:
- Provide effective engineering support, ensuring high safety, reliability, and compliance with all legal and maintenance standards.
- Uphold health & safety policies, maximising continuous improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior engineering and management teams to drive business growth within budget.
The Person:
- Proven record in high-quality fleet maintenance with strong leadership in delivering safe, cost-effective preventative maintenance and repair programs.
- Understanding of health & safety, environmental, and employment regulations.
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills to support effective team management and operational oversight.
