This exciting new post will form part of the UK HR team, and will be based in the North East of Scotland, within the Peterhead location. You will enjoy a combination of hybrid and remote working within this post, with occasional travel to offices within the South Coast of England. You will work with a small team and manage some staff members within HR at People Advisor and People Assistant level.Your new roleWithin this Business Partner role, key responsibilities include:
- Providing specialist advice on HR policy interpretation and resolving complex issues
- Using HR data to diagnose business issues and enhance employee engagement
- Handling complex Employee Relations cases
- Developing and testing HR data collection procedures
- Managing relationships with internal clients and supporting business strategy
- Developing and monitoring employee lifecycle procedures
- Promoting an inclusive and safety-first culture
- Participating in professional development and staying updated on industry best practices
- Acting as a subject-matter expert in technology, policy, regulation, or operational management
What you'll need to succeedTo be considered for this role, you will have demonstrable experience working in a Senior HR Advisor or Business Partner level role, and will have operated within a business unit headcount of circa 400 employees or more. This role will allow career development and the opportunity to join a market-leading global organisation.The ideal candidate for this role should have:
- A University or Post-graduate (Masters) Degree within Human Resources
- Extensive HR experience with deep expertise in employee relations
- Experience in planning and managing resources to achieve specific objectives.
