A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their small, tight-knit team in Peterhead. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who can run their own caseload of residential files from offer to completion. The successful candidate will be expected to work independently and will utilise case management systems to manage their workload efficiently.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing files independently.
- Handle the entire transaction process from offer to completion.
- Maintain and develop client relationships in a client-facing role, ensuring high levels of service and repeat business.
- Utilise case management systems effectively to streamline processes.
- Operate within a firm that promotes in-firm progression, with opportunities to advance to Associate level.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- NQ – 5 years PQE Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing.
- Ability to manage a full caseload of matters from offer to completion.
- Proficient in using case management systems.
- Strong client relationship skills.
- Ambitious and driven, with a desire for professional growth within the firm.
