Job Title: BIM Manager

Job Overview:
Our client is looking for an experienced BIM Manager to lead a digital team on a new power transmission project. You will manage digital tools and systems, ensuring information is effectively shared and utilised, while ensuring compliance with our client’s standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage resources and workloads to meet project requirements.
- Ensure projects meet industry standards and business objectives.
- Identify and report risks and opportunities within projects.
- Provide training and support on digital information management systems (CDE).
- Oversee the delivery of the Project and/or Asset Information Model(s) in line with ISO 19650.
- Implement secure systems for managing and sharing project information.
- Work with internal teams to ensure the supply chain meets ISO 19650 requirements.
- Prepare reports and updates for project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with contractor’s procedures and standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Leadership experience within a team environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Experience with digital tools in construction or facilities management.
- Knowledge of the design, construction, and tendering process.
- Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards.
- Degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working on construction projects or FM contracts with digital solutions.
- Full UK driver’s licence.
