Title: Office Manager
Office Location - Peterhead
Monday - Friday

Our client, a large civil engineering contractor, is looking to add an Office Manager to their team to support their continuous growth.

As an Office Manager, you will need to be experienced in general office management, and you should be organised and capable of supporting the company's senior management team with day-to-day tasks and diary management and duties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the team with daily operations and tasks
- Manage mailbox communications to ensure efficient correspondence
- Maintain an organised document filing system
- Liaise with and update external contractors throughout various projects
- Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets relevant to the business operations
- Ensure databases are kept up to date
