HR Administrator (Temporary) – GrampianPay Rate: £13.76 per hourHours: 37 hours per weekDuration: Starting ASAP, 2-month contractKey Responsibilities:
  • Collate and record absence management data and issue relevant paperwork.
  • Monitor and track the application of HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle general HR-related enquiries from managers and staff with sensitivity and efficiency.
  • Provide HR reports to the wider HR and Senior Management teams as required.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in line with GPMS and Data Protection legislation.
  • Manage the HR inbox, ensuring all enquiries are responded to or forwarded promptly.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
