- Collate and record absence management data and issue relevant paperwork.
- Monitor and track the application of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle general HR-related enquiries from managers and staff with sensitivity and efficiency.
- Provide HR reports to the wider HR and Senior Management teams as required.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in line with GPMS and Data Protection legislation.
- Manage the HR inbox, ensuring all enquiries are responded to or forwarded promptly.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
